Shipping Policy

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders of $15.00 or more within the contiguous United States.

Processing & Delivery Orders are shipped via USPS First Class and typically arrive within 3–10 business days depending on your location. Please note that orders may arrive in multiple packages. Sunday deliveries are subject to USPS standard terms. YOUNGER.COM is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, severe weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a carrier link to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Coverage We ship to all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We also ship to P.O. boxes.

Freight Forwarders We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. Any order placed using a freight forwarder is not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason. As we have no control over how freight forwarders handle our products, we cannot guarantee their condition upon arrival. YOUNGER.COM reserves the right to cancel any order identified as shipping to a freight forwarder.

 

 Returns & Exchanges

How to Initiate a Return Email us at social@younger.com with your order number and reason for return. A member of our customer service team will respond with return instructions within 1–3 business days. Please do not ship your return before receiving instructions from us.

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of your purchase date
  • Product must be included in your return — we do not accept empty boxes, bottles, or jars
  • Returns are limited to one per product, per customer
  • We reserve the right to decline returns on accounts with repeated return activity
  • We reserve the right to require photo documentation for any return request

Refunds (0–30 Days) If your return is initiated within 30 days of your purchase date, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving and inspecting your item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified shipping error or damage caused by us.

Store Credit (31–60 Days) If your return is initiated between 31 and 60 days of your purchase date, we will issue a YOUNGER.COM store credit via email for the value of the returned item, minus original shipping costs. Store credit does not expire.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please include one or more photos clearly depicting the issue in your return request email. Qualifying issues include receipt of the wrong product or product that was unusable due to damage incurred during shipping. In these cases, we will cover return shipping and refund your original shipping costs.

Shipping & Packaging

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless your return qualifies as a shipping error or verified damage
  • Pack your item in its original box and packaging if available, or in a well-padded envelope or box
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method — YOUNGER.COM is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
  • Returns of product packaging without product inside will not be accepted

Refund Processing Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. Please note your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the transaction. If you have not seen your refund after one full billing cycle, contact your credit card company first as posting times vary.

Our Commitment to Thoughtful pH Design

Healthy skin naturally maintains a slightly acidic environment, typically between pH 4.7 and 5.5. Products formulated far outside this range can disrupt the skin barrier and increase the likelihood of irritation.

At Younger, every formula is developed with intentional pH design.

Some products are formulated close to the skin’s natural pH to support daily use, barrier health, and sensitive skin. Others — such as exfoliating acid treatments — are formulated at a lower pH so the active ingredients can work effectively while still respecting the skin.

This thoughtful balance allows us to create formulas that are both effective and supportive of healthy skin across all skin types.

Fragrance-Free for a Reason

Fragrance is one of the most common causes of skin irritation and sensitivity. For that reason, all Younger formulas are intentionally fragrance-free.

By leaving out unnecessary scent, we keep our formulas focused on what truly matters — ingredients chosen to support and improve the health and appearance of your skin.

Every Younger product is manufactured in the United States under strict quality and safety standards. Our production processes are carefully monitored to ensure consistency, purity, and performance in every formula.

We are also firmly committed to remaining cruelty-free. Younger never tests on animals.
