How It Works

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer free standard shipping within the contiguous US on orders of $15.00 USD or more.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, it typically takes 3-10 business days to arrive using USPS First Class, depending on the destination being shipped. Sunday deliveries are subject to USPS standard terms. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages. We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control. 

For International orders, Please note that customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges imposed by the destination country are not covered by us. Customs fees and related charges vary from country to country and are determined by the respective customs authorities. These fees are typically levied on imported goods and are the responsibility of the recipient or the buyer.

We recommend that you familiarize yourself with your country's customs policies and regulations to understand any potential fees that may apply to your order. As a customer, it is important to be aware of these additional costs to avoid any surprises upon delivery.

Please note that the customs fees mentioned above are independent of our shipping charges and are not included in the total cost displayed during the checkout process.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped along with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the tracking number and carrier link that is provided in your shipping confirmation message.

We currently offer free shipping to the 50 united states plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. We can ship to P.O. boxes. International Orders do not include free shipping. We do not ship to freight forwarders’ addresses. Any orders completed using a freight forwarder is not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason. We do not have control over the conditions with which freight forwarders ship our products and are not able to guarantee their condition upon arrival. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping internationally or to a freight forwarder. 

 

RETURNS

How It Works

To return your product, email Orders@younger.com. Include order number as well as reason for return. In the case of damages or incorrect items received, we require a photo or photos depicting the issue. We regret that, unless a shipping error was made by YOUNGER.COM, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs, if applicable. .

Examples of shipping errors include shipment of incorrect product or the product was unusable due to damage incurred during shipping. A member of our customer service team will provide you return instructions within 1-2 business days of your request. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise.

Package your return item (bottle, jar, etc) in the product's box (if applicable) and original packaging (if available).  Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit. Returns of product boxes without product inside will not be accepted.

TIME TO RETURN

If you process your return within 30 days from the date of purchase and we receive your item, we will refund your original form of payment minus original shipping costs. However, if more than 30 days have passed since your original purchase date, we can offer an exchange for up to 60 days from date of purchase. We will then issue the exchange after the returned goods are received and processed. We do not cover the cost of shipping back the product unless the exchange is due to a qualifying damage or warehouse error.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Once your return is approved for a refund and your item is received, then your refund will be processed within 3 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. 

If you are expecting a refund and haven’t received it after one full billing cycle on your credit card statement, we suggest you contact your credit card company first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted or it may be in process.
